Terror!
The city of Long Beach re-named Laurelton Blvd beach to Danny Bobis Beach a few weeks ago.
I find myself thinking about Danny on a daily basis and things like this still seem extremely surreal.

Baseball today was awesome!
I am safe! I’m staying at my parents house that has no power, but they have a generator so I am able to use my laptop. The neighborhood has a lot of downed trees and it is so windy. I woke up this morning to wind at 7am that I have never heard before. It was insane!
Houses and neighborhoods right on the shore are flooded and there is so much damage from the wind that most of Long Island doesn’t even have electricity!
I am really glad that it is not as bad as they had anticipated, but it was good to see that they were prepared for the absolute worst. It could have been bad and I really think we dodged a bullet!!
